You'll lead a customer service team at Park Van Ness, ensuring residents feel welcomed and safe. You'll oversee the concierge schedule and handle resident requests. This role offers growth opportunities within a dynamic residential management team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet and respond to resident requests and inquiries.
• Ensure only authorized individuals enter the building.
• Manage multiple phone lines and direct calls appropriately.
• Create monthly concierge schedule and find shift coverage.

📋 Requirements

• Highschool diploma or GED.
• Related experience as a concierge or strong customer service background.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts.

• Knowledge of Yardi is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
