You will support bid efforts and provide administrative support to the estimating department. Develop estimates, conduct cost analysis, collaborate with stakeholders, and assist in bid management for industrial construction projects.

Requirements

• 3-10 years of construction estimating experience
• Proficient in Accubid, Bluebeam, Excel, Word, Sage Estimating
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and understand layout plans, processes, and construction environments
• Review project plans and specifications to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost model analysis
• Collaborate with preconstruction, operational, and opportunity stakeholders
• Assist in preparing and submitting comprehensive bid packages
