Description

As Team Lead, IT Operations, you will lead a team delivering help desk, access management, and asset services, enabling a secure and efficient work environment by standardizing technology profiles and automating employee lifecycle processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in IT support or operations, including leading people or initiatives
  • Strong understanding of support operations, identity and access management, asset lifecycle
  • Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Okta, Jamf, Slack, Zoom, Windows/macOS
  • Experience with IT service management platforms (e.g., Jira Service Management) and workflow automation

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team supporting help desk, access management, and asset/storekeeping
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient handling of requests and escalations
  • Manage access provisioning and deprovisioning with focus on accuracy and security
  • Define and maintain standardized employee technology profiles based on roles
  • Drive automation of onboarding, role changes, and offboarding processes
