💼 About This Role

You'll implement behavior intervention plans for children with autism as part of a supportive clinical team. You'll collect data on patient progress and collaborate with a BCBA to adjust interventions. Free ClassPass membership and guaranteed full-time hours are key perks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record data on patient progress and behavior using an iPad.
• Build rapport and establish a positive therapeutic relationship with patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to review and update intervention plans.

📋 Requirements

• Availability Monday–Friday 7:45am–4:30pm.
• Experience and passion for working with children.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, sit on floor, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Willingness to create a sense of belonging and connection for teammates and patients.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in any field, psychology preferred.
• Prior experience as an RBT or in childcare, education, or therapy roles.
• Experience with ABA therapy or behavior intervention.
