You'll support identity and account management product capabilities for a live entertainment ticketing platform. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and analyze customer feedback to drive improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day execution and delivery support for agile squads
• Manage product intake of questions, blockers, and daily operational needs
• Write and prioritize Jira tickets to maintain a healthy backlog
• Assist in product discovery by gathering user insights and analyzing data

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years in a Product Management or Product Owner role
• Experience managing sprint ceremonies and backlogs
• Ability to translate business needs into product requirements
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence or similar tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Experience with B2C/B2B2C or account-based products
• Experience in live entertainment or ticketing industry
