You will lead the backend engineering team, defining and executing the vision for AI infrastructure orchestration at a fast-growing e-commerce company. You'll oversee the design and operations of platforms for large-scale AI model training and deployment, ensuring reliability, security, and cost efficiency.

• Proven experience in backend engineering and AI infrastructure
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Expertise in distributed training, containerization, serverless functions, and edge deployment
• Ability to manage budget and resource allocation
• Experience as key liaison between engineering teams and executive leadership

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term vision and roadmap for AI infrastructure orchestration layer
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering and operations team
• Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of orchestration platforms for large-scale AI model training and deployment
• Ensure reliability, security, and compliance of AI infrastructure
• Establish SLOs and KPIs for AI platform services and lead continuous optimization
