You'll lead customer onboarding and implementation of the Levelpath AI procurement platform, building deep relationships and driving value for enterprise clients. You'll collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to scale processes and deliver new solutions.

• Build deep relationships with customers
• Advise and support implementation of Levelpath
• Develop best practice guides and product documentation
• Collaborate with sales team on new solution offerings

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years customer-facing experience
• Experience in B2B SaaS environment
• BA or BS degree
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail

• Experience with Zendesk & Salesforce
• Ability to communicate with product and engineering stakeholders
• Self-starter and adaptable in fast-paced environment
