You'll build and lead a net-new logo sales team at Boomi, driving pipeline generation and revenue growth with our intelligent integration platform. Your core impact is owning end-to-end quota attainment and fostering a high-performance culture. This hybrid role offers the chance to shape a growing team in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own team's quota attainment end-to-end from pipeline to close.
- Run tight forecast calls and maintain pipeline hygiene using SFDC, Clari, Gong.
- Lead cross-functional execution with Channel, Consultants, and Marketing.
- Develop team capabilities through coaching and development plans.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years leading sales teams with a track record of exceeding quota.
- Proven ability to build accountability structures and develop talent.
- Proficient with SFDC, Gong, and Clari.
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks.
- Experience in a quota-carrying technology sales environment.
