• Own projects from design to deployment
• Break down features into actionable tickets

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Mathematics, or related field
• 3–5+ years of full-stack experience
• Proficiency in Rails and React or equivalent frameworks
• Daily experience with AI-assisted coding tools

• Experience with AI feature building at scale
• Knowledge of context engineering, prompt tuning, or RAG
• Experience with evals frameworks
