You'll monitor the active pipeline daily in Pipedrive, proactively intervening on at-risk deals by calling prospects and coaching AEs. You'll personally rescue stalling deals and hold AEs accountable for follow-up cadence. The role combines hands-on deal work with pipeline analytics to maximize conversions.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Monitor active sales pipeline in Pipedrive daily for stalled deals
  • Proactively intervene on at-risk deals by calling or coaching AEs
  • Hold AEs accountable for follow-up cadence within 48 hours
  • Review each AE's pipeline weekly for patterns and stuck deals

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales or sales management experience
  • Proven ability to pick up the phone and engage prospects directly
  • Strong coaching instinct to identify missing deal elements
  • Deep comfort with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred)

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in virtual staffing, BPO, or managed services
  • Track record of personally rescuing at-risk deals
  • Experience working with SDR/AE teams
