You'll develop and maintain a risk management framework for Binance's operations in Turkey. You'll ensure risk appetite monitoring, risk register maintenance, and reporting to management. This role requires 5+ years of risk management experience in financial services and expertise in enterprise risk management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain risk management policies and framework
• Monitor risk appetite and tolerances with management reporting
• Maintain risk registers and produce control profile reports
• Develop risk dashboards to monitor deviations and alerts

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of risk management in financial services
• Expertise in enterprise risk management (ERM) methodologies
• In-depth knowledge of Turkey's SPK and MASAK regulations
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
