You'll lead revenue cycle management (RCM) advisory engagements for healthcare providers and payers, driving measurable financial and operational improvements. You'll manage complex multi-workstream projects, build client relationships, and mature junior team members. This role offers senior leadership in a growing practice with direct impact on client outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as senior day-to-day engagement leader on RCM advisory mandates.
• Lead discovery assessments and develop structured project workplans.
• Present findings and implementation roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders.
• Direct and develop Analysts and Associates on engagement teams.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
• Experience leading RCM projects for multi-site provider organizations.
• Deep knowledge of billing and reimbursement structures (DRG, APC, RBRVS).
• Proficiency in EPIC or other major EHR platforms.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Finance or Healthcare Administration.
• Certification from HFMA, AAPC, AHIMA, or NAHAM.
• Experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis.
