Description
In this role, you will lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management to support executive decision-making and long-term strategy. You will build integrated financial models, develop annual and long-range plans, and provide insights on capital allocation and key initiatives. Partnering with business leaders, you'll drive resource prioritization and evaluate investments to improve financial performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- 10+ years progressive finance experience including senior leadership
- Experience at investment bank or management consulting firm followed by operating company
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
- Demonstrated experience building or scaling processes and teams
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management
- Develop annual operating plan, long-range plan, and rolling forecasts
- Build integrated financial models linking strategy to outcomes
- Provide analysis for executive decision-making and capital allocation
- Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews identifying risks and opportunities
