🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage 15+ engineers and team leads across Windows Agent teams
• Design and develop capabilities for product stability and user experience
• Ensure production stability and operational integrity
• Mentor a global managerial bench and make strategic trade-offs

📋 Requirements

• C++ and Windows OS internals experience
• Group Lead or Senior Engineering Manager experience
• Coaching team leads and building succession pipeline
• Data-driven decision-making
