You'll lead AltSchool Africa's operations across West and East Africa, driving growth and expansion. You'll oversee a team of 21+, manage the P&L, and build strategic partnerships to scale the business. This role offers full ownership and independence in a fast-growing EdTech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive learner acquisition and revenue growth across Africa
• Oversee day-to-day business operations and P&L management
• Lead a team of 21+ across operations, engineering, and support
• Define and execute market expansion strategy in East Africa

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in senior leadership or general management role
• Proven experience growing a consumer or B2C business
• P&L ownership and independent resource decision-making
• Strong knowledge of the West African market

• East Africa market experience preferred
• Experience in EdTech, digital products, or tech-enabled services
