🎯 What You'll Do

• Precept newly hired RNs and LPNs during home visits
• Provide one-on-one clinical training to field nurses
• Collaborate with Clinical Manager on staff competencies
• Perform RN case manager duties including assessments and documentation

📋 Requirements

• Current RN license in Massachusetts
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Minimum one year of recent Medicare Certified Home Health (VNA) experience
