You'll create an exceptional piercing and shopping experience for customers at our Rochester Hills studio. Your core impact is driving sales through product knowledge and customer engagement. You'll also assist with studio maintenance and team collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Warmly greet customers and help them book appointments
• Promote and upsell Rowan's products to meet sales targets
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
• Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records

📋 Requirements

• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 8-hour shifts
• Basic math skills for transactions
