You'll join Unity's team to simplify multiplayer game development by designing core authoring flows and integrating essential game services directly into the Unity Editor. You'll lead initiatives to improve onboarding, reduce iteration time, and ensure high performance at scale for millions of users. This role offers autonomy to shape the next generation of multiplayer game development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement features in the Unity Editor and associated packages.
• Collaborate with multiplayer teams to align features and workflow requirements.
• Write and maintain high-quality, production-ready code with comprehensive tests.
• Build features that simplify and improve the development process for users.

📋 Requirements

• Prior experience with Unity.
• Experience with C, C++, or C#.
• Ability to conceptualize, communicate, and deliver development initiatives.
• Experience in high-performance programming, multithreading, and memory management.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Familiarity with Go and backend infrastructure development.
