Description

You'll lead our pediatric home care clinical team in Wilmington, NC, overseeing day-to-day operations, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality, family-centered care. This role manages care plans, performs assessments, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support children in their homes.

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• 2+ years nursing experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to travel locally for home visits
• Trach/vent experience or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise RNs, LPNs, and field staff
• Manage clinical operations, patient assignments, and caseloads
• Perform initial assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Conduct supervisory home visits and monitor documentation compliance
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
