Description

You will drive sales and market development for heart and lung transplant business in the SoCal region. Your role involves cultivating key relationships, developing strategic business plans, and providing clinical education and support for company products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of progressive sales experience in diagnostic or lab-developed tests industry
• Knowledge of academic medical systems related to transplant, nephrology or specialty medicine
• Established relationships with KOLs in transplant or specialty medicine
• Background in medicine, biological sciences, or genetics preferred

• Exceed performance goals and establish client relationships in the transplant market
• Close sales and drive sustainable growth
• Successfully launch products in the transplant market
• Become a local expert on Natera's technology and services
• Develop and execute local business plans to meet sales objectives
