💼 About This Role

You'll join the team building a new growth lever for Agicap's Spend Management product. You'll ensure optimal client retention through seamless product implementation. You'll benefit from short decision-making circuits and close management proximity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement Agicap tool optimally for new clients as main point of contact.
• Build relationships with users and decision-makers to ensure proper usage.
• Conduct product training sessions and configure ideal settings per client goals.
• Identify new spending axes to increase transaction volume on cards.
• Share client feedback with product team for continuous improvement.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in a client-facing role in B2B SaaS.
• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in an economic discipline.
• Native or fluent French and bilingual English.
• Entrepreneurial spirit comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

📨 Hiring Process
