You'll support employee relations and performance management as a central point of expertise within the PeopleHub at Toast, a leading restaurant technology company. Your core impact will be coaching front-line leaders through performance situations and owning complex ER matters including workplace investigations and compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Consult front-line leaders on performance management and documentation.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and handle employee relations cases.
  • Track case trends and compliance data to identify systemic risks.
  • Partner cross-functionally with PeopleHub and HRBPs for holistic support.

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years in HRBP, Employee Relations, or equivalent HR role.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex workplace investigations.
  • Proven ability to coach leadership at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. employment law and HR practices.

✨ Nice to Have

  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in a high-growth or fast-scaling organization.
  • Resides in Omaha, NE area.
