You'll source top talent and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a mission-driven cash transfer organization. Your work directly enables the People team to scale impact across 15 countries. This role offers high ownership in a candid, non-hierarchical culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively source, attract, and engage a diverse candidate pipeline
• Review CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate schedules
• Operationalize a streamlined, first-class talent acquisition process
• Field and quickly close support tickets via the People Team Ticketing System

📋 Requirements

• At least 3 years of direct recruitment experience
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple processes and stakeholders
• Clear communication — both written and verbal
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and adjusting to rapidly changing priorities
