Description

You will provide primary care to a diverse patient population, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits both in-office and via telehealth. You'll collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams, with opportunities to perform in-office procedures. This role supports One Medical's mission to transform healthcare by making quality care more accessible and enjoyable.

Requirements

• Board Certification in Family Medicine or MedPeds
• At least 2 years of primary care experience
• Illinois medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to build successful relationships and communicate effectively
• Comfort with technology and data-driven care

Responsibilities

• See patients with acute, chronic, and well visits
