Description
In this role, you will build strong relationships with key accounts, develop business forecasts, and execute sales strategies to drive market share and revenue for ASM's advanced semiconductor products. You'll monitor market trends, collaborate with corporate on new product launches, and work cross-functionally to ensure customer needs are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering-related discipline
- 10+ years of sales, account management, or product/technical management experience in semiconductor industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Chinese and English
- Leadership, self-motivation, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with key accounts, driving business forecasts and market share
- Monitor market competition and customer trends, adjusting strategies to maintain competitiveness
- Coordinate with corporate on new product launches and design-in to key accounts
- Develop business plans and account profiles, executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to increase market share
