Description

You will lead a team of Mission Integration Engineers and Mission Managers to integrate Starshield user products into US Government platforms and systems. You will act as the primary point of contact for feature definition and development of new products, driving end-to-end integration and ensuring mission success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in engineering or science
• 8+ years in aerospace, space, or defense industries
• 5+ years leading integration of hardware/software into government systems
• 3+ years managing technical teams

Responsibilities

• Lead team integrating Starshield user products into USG platforms/systems across mission lifecycle
• Serve as primary contact for user product feature definition, requirements, and development
• Represent Starshield User Products to US Government and own USG needs internally
• Drive end-to-end trades, interface definitions, testing, and verification with stakeholders
• Mentor team, foster innovation, and grow product adoption across US Government
