Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in creative operations or production within fast-paced tech company or agency
  • 7+ years leading and managing high-performing teams
  • Proven experience building and scaling creative operations processes
  • Strong experience managing large production budgets and resource planning
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Implement and scale end-to-end creative operations model with visibility into utilization, capacity, and velocity
  • Establish and optimize tools, platforms, and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
  • Lead quarterly creative resourcing planning with senior leadership to align output with business priorities
  • Develop data-driven reporting frameworks to communicate team capacity, resource allocation, cost efficiency, and value creation
  • Manage and optimize brand OPEX budget and oversee external agency partnerships
