Requirements
- 10+ years experience in creative operations or production within fast-paced tech company or agency
- 7+ years leading and managing high-performing teams
- Proven experience building and scaling creative operations processes
- Strong experience managing large production budgets and resource planning
- Excellent cross-functional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Implement and scale end-to-end creative operations model with visibility into utilization, capacity, and velocity
- Establish and optimize tools, platforms, and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
- Lead quarterly creative resourcing planning with senior leadership to align output with business priorities
- Develop data-driven reporting frameworks to communicate team capacity, resource allocation, cost efficiency, and value creation
- Manage and optimize brand OPEX budget and oversee external agency partnerships
