🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end execution of product and business initiatives
• Define and track AI product health metrics
• Break down ambiguous asks into clear plans and milestones
• Drive cross-functional alignment across teams

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in tech/product roles with execution ownership
• Experience building eval frameworks for AI products
• Technical fluency in LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and embeddings
• Proven track record of building and shipping 0→1 projects

• Experience in startups or high-growth environments
• Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership
