You'll provide detailed estimates for architectural aluminum systems as a vital member of the Estimating Department. You'll perform quantity take-offs and develop bills of materials for complex projects. This role offers a chance to shape building envelope solutions for iconic structures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform quantity take-offs for aluminum and hardware using Bluebeam Revu
• Develop comprehensive bills of materials for curtainwalls, storefronts, and entrances
• Review architectural specifications to ensure product system compliance
• Calculate total project costs including materials and labor
• Compile and submit professional bid packages to contractors

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial glazing or architectural metal industry
• Advanced proficiency in reading architectural blueprints and shop drawings
• Knowledge of Bluebeam Revu for digital take-offs and strong Excel skills
• In-depth understanding of glazing systems and glass performance data

• Experience with value engineering options
• Familiarity with Division 08 specifications
