You'll own end-to-end payroll processing for Malaysia and selected overseas entities, ensuring accurate and compliant execution. You'll drive statutory compliance and vendor coordination while supporting BJAK's scaling across markets. This role offers high autonomy and impact in a flat organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Malaysia and regional markets
• Manage statutory submissions and compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax)
• Process salary adjustments, promotions, bonuses, and ad-hoc payments
• Coordinate payroll vendors and validate outputs to enforce SLAs

📋 Requirements

• Experience in payroll operations, preferably multi-country or regional
• Strong understanding of Malaysian payroll legislation and statutory requirements
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems, HRIS tools, and spreadsheets
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong problem-solving ability

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with EOR providers
• Knowledge of overseas payroll regulations
• Familiarity with HRIS integration and automation
