You will drive the practical implementation of AI solutions that transform how Golin works internally and delivers results for clients. You'll identify business challenges and convert them into AI-assisted solutions, building the blueprint for a fully AI-integrated marketing agency.

Requirements

• Creative problem-solver passionate about leveraging technology to solve real business challenges
• Experience designing and implementing AI-assisted solutions
• Proficiency in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications for custom AI applications
• Experience building enterprise web applications and APIs

Responsibilities

• Partner with local teams to identify operational pain points and business challenges
• Design and implement AI-assisted solutions using Claude and other cutting-edge AI platforms
• Build and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Develop MCP servers and AI agents for agency operations
• Build enterprise web applications using state-of-the-art web frameworks and API design
