💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and deployment of enterprise-grade IBM ISIM/ISVG environments. Your core impact is building highly secure, scalable identity governance platforms from scratch. This role combines deep IAM expertise with infrastructure-level responsibilities in a fully remote, production-focused environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement enterprise-scale IBM ISIM/ISVG architectures.
• Install and manage WebSphere, DB2, LDAP, and load balancers.
• Build and maintain multi-tier environments across dev, QA, and production.
• Configure clustering, high availability, failover, and disaster recovery.
• Integrate ISIM/ISVG with Active Directory, HR platforms, APIs, and SSO.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM ISIM and/or ISVG.
• Proven experience designing and deploying ISIM/ISVG from scratch.
• Strong expertise with WebSphere, DB2, and LDAP configuration.
• Solid Linux system administration and infrastructure management.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, or IBM Security Verify SaaS.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or IAM credentials.
