💼 About This Role

You'll architect end-to-end AI agents and full-stack applications that automate business processes. Your work will directly enhance operational efficiency as a key driver of Sonar's AI transformation. You'll also guide junior engineers and contribute to governance and ethics best practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and implement end-to-end AI agents and full-stack applications
• Build and maintain core AI tech stack including RAG pipelines
• Oversee deployment and management of scalable AI services on cloud
• Identify high-impact opportunities for agentic automation across departments

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience (Python, Node.js, React or similar)
• Proven experience developing autonomous AI Agents with LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar
• Strong background in automation development (scripting, workflow engines, RPA)
• Hands-on experience deploying production-grade applications on AWS or other major cloud platforms

• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate)
• Experience with fine-tuning and advanced prompt engineering
• Background in agentic workflow architectures including state management and tool-calling
