🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach frontline managers on employee relations and performance management.
• Review corrective actions and performance improvement plans.
• Support responses to unemployment claims and legal matters.
• Partner with People Ops for FMLA, LOA, and accommodation requests.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of HR Business Partner or generalist experience with hourly populations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance best practices.
• Experience coaching managers in contact centers or high-volume settings.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
