Requirements

  • 1+ years intense work experience with generator and electrical maintenance
  • Thorough knowledge of generator installations, maintenance, and repair
  • Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components
  • Moderate computer skills
  • Ability to lift over 50 lbs, stoop, bend, kneel, climb, stand for long periods

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial generators on cell phone towers
  • Install or replace components and systems, including fuel and water supply lines, pumps, electrical wiring
  • Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance to ensure proper readiness
  • Respond promptly to power/generator alarms, on-call 24/7 as needed
  • Perform work with awareness of hazards, use safety equipment, attend safety meetings
