• Serve as engineering counterpart to business AVP of Pricing and Documents
• Deliver capabilities for Policy Modernization across product lines
• Lead production support for application modernization operations
• Drive improvements in pricing execution reliability and data quality

📋 Requirements

• 10 years of IT management experience
• 4 years of people leadership experience
• Strong technical background in web-based application architecture
• Experience in all stages of the software development life cycle

• Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter
• Vendor contract management experience
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
