You'll lead card payment risk cases and AI-driven automation for a global fintech platform. You'll own end-to-end resolution of complex escalations. This role offers high visibility and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead resolution of complex card payment risk cases and escalations
• Design, implement, and refine issuing risk rules and strategies
• Proactively identify AI and automation opportunities for fraud detection
• Collaborate with global Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams

📋 Requirements

• Background in card payment risk, fraud, or issuing dispute management in high-growth fintech
• Experience using SQL/Databricks and BI tools to analyze fraud trends
• Proven ability to master new processes quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong skills in coordinating with global stakeholders on critical issues

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/LLMs for operational automation
• Knowledge of account takeover risk control
