💼 About This Role

You'll join Amity Foundation as a Counselor, providing group and individual therapy in an outpatient substance abuse treatment setting. You'll help marginalized individuals achieve recovery and personal growth. This role offers hands-on experience in a therapeutic community environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead group and individual therapeutic processes under supervision
• Observe, record, and evaluate student behavior and progress
• Maintain accurate and timely student records of sensitive nature
• Prepare reports and documentation for compliance

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field plus 1 year experience, OR High School diploma plus 2 years combined education/experience
• Valid Arizona DPS Fingerprint Clearance card
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Knowledge of substance abuse causes and symptoms
