💼 About This Role

You'll serve as Mesh's technical point of contact for customers across APAC, spanning presales, implementation, and support. You'll partner with Sales on technical evaluations and demos, guide customer engineering teams through API/SDK integrations, and triage production issues. This high-autonomy role makes you Mesh's face in the region, building relationships with top crypto, fintech, and finance companies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Sales on technical evaluations and demos for APAC prospects
• Guide customer engineering teams through SDK and API integrations
• Triage production issues during APAC business hours
• Create region-specific playbooks and implementation guides

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in solutions engineering or technical customer-facing role
• Crypto-native: understanding wallets, on/off-ramps, stablecoins, DEXs
• Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and RESTful integrations
• Ability to run technical demos with senior engineering stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with observability tools like Datadog or Amplitude
• Familiarity with APAC crypto ecosystem including regional exchanges
• Prior experience as an early hire at a high-growth startup
