💼 About This Role

You'll lead financial planning and analysis for a remote-first SaaS company, driving insights from data to support strategic decisions. You'll own the budget, forecast, and revenue intelligence processes, and act as a key business partner to leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead budget, forecast, and periodic financial planning cycles.
• Analyze P&L performance, identify variances and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models and scenario projections.
• Define, monitor, and evolve financial and operational KPIs.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering.
• Solid experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and budgeting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and financial modeling.
• Experience with P&L analysis, variance analysis, and performance tracking.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS or technology companies.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Data Studio) and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of recurring revenue metrics (MRR, churn, LTV, CAC, NRR).
