💼 About This Role

You'll lead reset and remodel projects and general service operations in a retail store. Your core impact is ensuring projects are completed to customer satisfaction and developing a high-performance team. This role offers a night shift premium and paid training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Function as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager's absence.
• Utilize On-Demand and temporary resources to support projects.
• Schedule weekly work to ensure accurate completion of projects.
• Physically monitor project results to customer satisfaction.

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years in service industry with supervisory experience.
• Open availability including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance (may be required).
