You'll lead the team responsible for all global partner program operations, defining and optimizing critical processes and ensuring data integrity. You'll oversee partner onboarding, agreement processing, deal registration, and system management to deliver a seamless experience for partners and internal stakeholders. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Global Partner Program Operations Specialists
• Define and optimize end-to-end operational processes for the Global Partner Program
• Oversee partner onboarding, due diligence, and agreement processing
• Partner with systems team to maintain operational integrity of partner systems
• Develop and manage reporting dashboards to track operational performance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in partner operations or channel operations
• 2+ years of direct experience managing and mentoring a team
• Demonstrated ability to scale operational processes across global teams
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Salesforce and a PRM platform

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Impartner or similar PRM platform
• Expertise in data analysis using Tableau or similar tools
• Familiarity with Conga/Apptus and DocuSign
