You'll lead a field technician team, splitting time between hands-on technical work and coaching. You'll set technical standards, own the health of customer cells, and drive continuous improvement of multi-robotic welding systems for industrial automation clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead complex troubleshooting and set technical standards
• Operate, maintain, and repair multi-robotic welding systems
• Deliver technician onboarding and daily field coaching
• Serve as customer point of contact during high-pressure situations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems
• Prior lead, senior, or team-lead role with development of others
• Technical training or Associate degree in Engineering Technology
• Deep familiarity with robotic systems and automation equipment
