As a Staff Data Scientist at PandaDoc, you will be a senior analytical leader driving data-driven culture and experimentation capabilities. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to uncover insights, design complex experiments, and apply causal inference methods to guide strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years in applied data science or product analytics
• Bachelor's in quantitative field; Master's preferred
• Expertise in causal inference and experimentation methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in Python or R
• Expert-level SQL and experience with data warehouses

Responsibilities

• Lead the experimentation roadmap and advanced experiment design
• Apply causal inference methods beyond A/B testing
• Conduct deep dive analyses to uncover user behavior trends
• Develop unified KPI measurement frameworks
• Mentor junior data scientists and translate findings for leadership
