You'll join a global team delivering data center cooling solutions and provide onsite support for electro-mechanical systems. You'll ensure customer uptime by responding to service requests and maintaining critical infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver installation, startup, and commissioning support for systems
• Respond onsite to scheduled and unscheduled service requests
• Maintain accurate customer service records in CRM
• Assist in fault isolation of electro-mechanical systems

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of field service or technical support experience
• Experience with electro-mechanical equipment, servos, sensors, and actuators
• Ability to read electrical schematics and work with high-voltage equipment
