🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate readiness and determine care level
• Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions using evidence-based curriculum
• Provide crisis support and coordinate appropriate referrals
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in EMR system

📋 Requirements

• Active Ohio counseling license: LSW, LISW, LIMFT, LPCC, LICDC, or LCDC III
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms
• Passionate about supporting individuals in recovery
• Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet
