You will collaborate with internal teams to align projects with client needs, monitor market developments to frame growth strategies, and lead client retention efforts by ensuring service excellence. This role is a key contributor to the Operations teams for Rehabs, Turns and Maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years in account management or sales
• Comprehensive grasp of residential single-family rental landscape
• Strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs in property management
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and business tools
