You'll collaborate on cross-functional teams to design digital products and evolve Design Platforms and Design Systems. Your core impact will be leading discovery and research and connecting design decisions to product and engineering strategy. • Play an active role in delivery and design of technology projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create design deliverables
• Contribute to evolution of Design Platforms and Design Systems
• Lead discovery and research activities

📋 Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience across the full design cycle: discovery, prototyping, and delivery
• Prototyping at multiple fidelity levels is a core part of your practice
• Experience contributing to or working with Design Systems or Design Platforms
• Advanced English and Spanish are required (both non-negotiable)
