Description
You'll lead a pod handling inbound calls and orders for our restaurant partners, driving team performance and ensuring accurate order transmission. This is a full-time, on-site role with evening/night shifts.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Support, or Customer Success
- Excellent English (minimum B2 level)
- Experience with ticketing systems, CRMs, and spreadsheets
- Ability to stay calm and effective in a high-paced contact center
- Multitasking and handling competing priorities
Responsibilities
- Lead a team to handle inbound calls and process orders accurately
- Drive the team to exceed performance targets
- Support team during peak periods
- Collaborate with peers and phone associates
- Meet quality assurance and productivity expectations
