Description

You'll lead a pod handling inbound calls and orders for our restaurant partners, driving team performance and ensuring accurate order transmission. This is a full-time, on-site role with evening/night shifts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Support, or Customer Success
  • Excellent English (minimum B2 level)
  • Experience with ticketing systems, CRMs, and spreadsheets
  • Ability to stay calm and effective in a high-paced contact center
  • Multitasking and handling competing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to handle inbound calls and process orders accurately
  • Drive the team to exceed performance targets
  • Support team during peak periods
  • Collaborate with peers and phone associates
