💼 About This Role

You'll support the U.S. Army's Financial Improvement Program within the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army. Your work will focus on audit remediation, internal controls, and financial reporting to help achieve audit readiness. This role offers the chance to drive impactful financial transformations in a federal consulting environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support audit response, remediation, and sustainment with Army stakeholders.
• Implement and document internal controls per RMIC program standards.
• Assist with corrective action plans and internal control testing.
• Collaborate on policy development and business process documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 4 years experience in federal financial management.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active certification (CPA, CIA, CISA, CGFM, CDFM, PMP, SAFe, or ITIL).
• Interim Secret clearance or above.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with DoD financial systems and FFMIA compliance.
• Experience with Army financial improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
